Kehadapan Saudara Encik Aidy,

Retetan email di bawah adalah perkembangan terkini mengenai masalah yang dihadapi oleh pembeli "Seroja Apartments" Putra Perdana. Untuk maklum, perkara ini telah disampaikan kepada KSU KPKT namun tiada maklumbalas sehingga semalam. Protem amat berharap apa yang dirancangkan untuk perjumpaan bersama Pegawai KPKT pada esok 11 November 2011 Jam 10 pagi di tempat tapak projek ini dapat direalisasikan. Mungkin Pegawai atasan KPKT tidak dapat menghadiri namun kehadiran Pegawai lain boleh meluang sedikit masa untuk melihat sendiri situasi sebenar yang terjadi pada Projek Seroja Apartment ini amat diharap-harapkan. Ini kerana kebetulan jarak perjalanan antara Pejabat KPKT yang baru tidak jauh dengan projek ini.

Diharapkan Encik Aidy dapat memaklumkan seberapa segera untuk kami pembeli dapat menghadiri bersama-sama bagi mencari jalan penyelesaian yang ketika ini asyik ditipu dan dipermainkan oleh PEMAJU YANG TIDAK BERTANGGUNGJAWAB INI

Good morning Ir Lai,

As discussed with Dato’ Ahmad on last Fri – please be informed of the related issues now arising due to the developer or their representative ACTIONS and/or DIRECTIVES for buyers to follow.

Appreciate your concerted effort for this project to end amicably.

Todate one buyer (J-1-15) had engaged separate electrical contractor to install his ELCB Fuse for a payment of RM100.00 – but still no power supply.

There are 10 buyers who had taken their house keys but was instructed by LT to group themselves in fives before any installation of ELCB is done collectively.

As requested by PROTEM Sec to Mr Woon (as appended)- the issues of Block 2 (my unit) and the other 33 units are yet to be approved by their architect.

We had received any information on these issues

Over the weekend and Hari Raya Haji period, there had been many calls from disgusted buyers on the way buyers’ rights were being treated.

On behalf of all of us buyers – CAN WE REQUEST YOUR KIND PRESENCE WITH THE DEVELOPER ON SITE THIS FRIDAY, 11 NOVEMBER AT 10AM TO RESOLVE THESE OUTSTANDING ISSUES?

Most of us are prepared to take leave to attend this gathering.

We’ll really appreciate this last and final action from Bahagian Penguatkuasaan, KPKT before rerouting ourselves to Housing Tribunal for LAD issues.
